In your day-to-day duties you could:

  • process claim details and issue new forms
  • check policies cover claims and that premiums have been paid
  • gather supporting information like receipts, photographs or accident reports
  • check proposal forms from customers or brokers
  • calculate quote premiums
  • advise customers about insurance cover and renewals
  • update customers about the progress of claims
  • arrange for payment on straightforward claims
