This year university level course is a continuation from the HND in Hospitality Management. Through both practical and theory based learning this HND develops your skills enabling you to become a professional, self-reflecting individual able to meet the demands of employers in Hospitality Management and adapt to a constantly changing world. The course will equip you with hospitality skills, knowledge and the understanding necessary to achieve high performance in the global hospitality environment. Completing this course will open doors to a range of careers in hospitality, including food and beverage management, hotel management, kitchen management, facilities management and events management.

3. Entry requirements

To complete this course you must hold a HNC (Higher National Certificate) in Hospitality Management.

4. Equipment required

PPE for kitchen or restaurant.

Assignment based with one Pearson set module.
