The CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice is a part time professional qualification which will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to work in human resources. Upon completion of the course, you will achieve a Chartered Institute of Personnel (CIPD) qualification which employers look for. The course covers the basic principles in HR and focuses on the role of HR in building sustainable business success and boosting your earning potential. The course covers the following modules, which introduces you to a range of practical skills required by line managers, personnel officers and assistants, or clerical staff in the field of HR: developing yourself as an effective HR practitioner, supporting good practice in performance and reward management, recording, analysing and using HR information, understanding organisations and the role of human resources, resourcing talent and supporting good practice in managing employee relations.

5 GCSEs 9 - 4 (A*-C) including English and maths or a Level 2 in Business at Merit grade or above. Please note - learners are responsible for their membership fee through the CIPD
