There’s a range of quizzes to do. You can do as much or as little as you have time for. You can always come back later to finish off your Skills Health Check. You can even take more quizzes before creating your report and speaking to one of our advisers.
Our site keeps your answers and results for 72 hours (three days). This allows you to save where you're up to and come back to it. If you've got a Lifelong Learning Account, your answers and results are kept here for as long as you need them.
First things first, take an assessment. There is no fixed order but the more you do the more complete your skills health check will be. Remember you don't have to do everything in one go - you can come back another time when it suits you or you have more time.
After completing just one quiz, we can start to help you look at what kind of job may be good for you. The more you do, the more we can help. Your report is easy to follow. But if you ever want to talk to someone, we’re here to help.
Not sure where to go now you have your report? Don't worry - our advisers are here to help. You can contact the National Careers Service by phone, email or even arrange a face-to-face chat.
